Fit Your Training is a personal training service founded by JB Baker, a dedicated coach with experience working with everyone from casual gym-goers to elite athletes. JB’s philosophy is simple — fitness should fit you. Every program is built around your unique goals, schedule, and lifestyle, combining the structure of athletic training with the flexibility of real life demands. There are no cookie-cutter workouts here — just personalized, purposeful coaching designed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel more confident. Our training process begins with a personalized assessment to understand your goals and skill level. We then tailor a program that includes a training plan, stretching & mobility, and meal ideas to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
